The refrigerated Special Vehicles insulation box is used for heat preservation, and the refrigeration unit is used to maintain the temperature of the goods, so the goods and the Freight Wagon compartment must be pre-cooled in advance.

 

Cargo pre-cooling: Cargo is pre-cooled to normal storage temperature. For example, fresh meat is quick-frozen at minus 18 degrees for 1 hour, and it is qualified to be discharged to 0-4 degrees in 24 hours. Use a thermometer to measure whether the temperature of the goods is qualified. Only goods with qualified temperature can be loaded.

Cargo pre-cooling: The heat in the compartment is discharged. The temperature of the compartment pre-cooling should be consistent with the temperature of the goods. If the temperature set by the unit is too low, the refrigeration speed will not be accelerated; and if the temperature is set too high, it will affect the quality of the goods. If the temperature required by the goods is lower than 4℃, manual defrosting is required when pre-cooling the compartment. This can remove the frost accumulated on the evaporator coil, which is beneficial to the unit's control of the temperature of the goods.
