Before loading, refrigerated Special Vehicles are recommended to be stored in a cool place and pre-cooled in advance. It is recommended to use pallets for refrigerated Freight Wagon loading to ensure the circulation and ventilation of cold air at the bottom. The distance between the cargo and the front and side panels of the refrigerated box is 60-80MM, the bottom panel is 200MM, and the cargo is 200MM lower than the evaporator. It is recommended to install front panel, side panel, and bottom panel air guide grooves. Some goods that can generate heat (field heat and respiratory heat) by themselves (such as fruits, vegetables, and cold fresh meat) must ensure that the airflow completely flows through the goods to remove heat when stacking, which is called airflow stacking; goods that cannot generate heat can be stacked tightly in the middle of the box (such as frozen fish, frozen meat, and ice cream); if there is no pre-cooled goods (fruits, vegetables, and other heat-generating goods) for forced loading, it is recommended to install diagonal blinds to use air flow to take away the heat first, commonly known as "ventilation", and then turn on the refrigeration unit, which is conducive to the unit's control of the temperature of the goods.
