2024,11,15
The service life of Electric Sightseeing Car, as well as the reliability of their work and the economy of their use, depend largely on the initial running-in period. During the running-in period, they should be driven at a relatively low speed and should not be fully loaded. The main purpose of running-in is to make each component of the Sightseeing Bus work better together, which can improve the quality and precision of the Sightseeing Bus in the future. And it can avoid vehicle wear and tear.

1. Avoid rapid starting, rapid acceleration and unnecessary emergency braking during use; start and accelerate slowly when restarting. The initial speed should be controlled within 20Km/h; if the mileage of the Sightseeing Bus is less than 60% of the rated mileage when it is used for the first time, please stop using the vehicle and contact the manufacturer's after-sales department as soon as possible.

2. Frequently check whether the battery, electronic control, and motor connection wires are hot and loose; frequently check the temperature of the reducer, rear axle, wheel hub and brake drum. If there is overheating (greater than 60℃), check and eliminate the fault. During this period, the battery cannot be deeply discharged, which will cause great damage to the battery.
When the running-in mileage reaches 500km, check the firmness of the steering system, front suspension and wheel nuts, tighten them if necessary, check whether there is leakage in the brake system pipeline, if found, eliminate it in time, and replace the transmission lubricant and rear axle gear oil after the running-in period.
3. There will be a distance from the beginning of braking to reduce the speed until the car stops. The braking distance of Electric Sightseeing Car will increase with the increase of speed. Water in the brake may cause the braking performance to decrease. At this time, the brake pedal should be repeatedly pressed lightly at low speed to make the brake dry. After driving through deep mud, sand or other polluted environments, the brake disc and brake pads should be cleaned to avoid excessive wear of the brakes. Emergency braking should be avoided as much as possible when driving.
