1. Connect the working output plug and the
Golf Cart battery plug.
2. Connect the 220V input host power supply.
3. Connect the input. After the working output line, the host power light will automatically light up, indicating that the input and working output are connected. The light enters the working process, indicating that the current working output has entered the normal operating state.
4. Instructions for the charging process of
Lithium Golf Carts: There are (0%), (80%) and (100%) light indications during the charging process, and the battery will automatically shut down after charging.
5. It is forbidden to open the host box when the Golf Cart battery is charging.
6. Non-electrical workers are prohibited from opening the host box.
7. The Golf Cart battery charger should be placed in a safe, ventilated, dust-free and rain-free working environment.
8. Please pack and store when not in use for a long time.
9. During the charging process of Golf Cart batteries, if the grid voltage is too low or too high, that is, the voltage range exceeds 180~260V, the Golf Cart battery charger will automatically protect itself, and the fault light will remind the user. When the voltage drops to the normal range, the Golf Cart battery charger will automatically resume charging.
During the charging process, the charging alarm light (red) is on, indicating that the Golf Cart battery charger is faulty. Stop charging before charging, find out the cause of the fault and perform charging or maintenance; in addition, the characteristics of the Golf Cart battery charger are that the input power circuit is connected, but the working output power circuit is not connected, and the Golf Cart battery charger has no output voltage.
The main power indicator, battery main power indicator and working indicator of the Golf Cart battery charger in normal operation are on. If it is not on, there may be a problem. Check whether the Lithium Golf Carts power circuit has a short circuit fault.
