Causes of controller failure in Golf Cart

For Golf Cart, the controller, motor and power supply are all very important components of Golf Cart. Among them, the controller is the "brain" of the Lithium Golf Carts, which dominates the orderly work of each component. Therefore, when the controller of the Lithium Golf Carts is damaged, the entire Lithium Golf Carts cannot be used normally. What factors are likely to cause the failure of the Lithium Golf Carts controller?

1. The damage of the power unit is generally caused by motor damage, poor quality or poor selection of the power unit itself, loose installation or vibration of the device, motor overload, damage to the power unit drive circuit or unreasonable parameter design.

2. The internal power supply of the controller is damaged. Generally, there are the following possibilities: internal short circuit of the controller, short circuit of peripheral control components, and short circuit of external leads.

3. When the controller is working, there are the following possibilities: the device itself drifts in a high or low temperature environment; the overall design power consumption of the controller causes the local temperature of some equipment to be too high, causing the equipment itself to enter a protection state and poor contact.

4. The control signal is lost due to wear of the connecting wire and the detachment of the connector. In general, the wire selection is unreasonable; the wire protection is not perfect; the connecting plug cannot be firmly connected.

Since the controller controls the motor, we must be careful when connecting the controller, and we must not be careless during installation. It is best not to connect the transmission line to the plug, but directly connect the transmission line and wrap it with insulating tape, because the connection plug accidentally falls into the water, which will cause the car to be unable to walk or fly and other uncontrolled situations, which is very dangerous. There are also power lines, and the motor lines must be connected to the actual ones. It is best to solder them once with solder to avoid damage due to poor contacts! At the same time, avoid misconnection caused by burning of the line or adhesion of the motor line, and burn the controller!
