1. In Golf Cart, if a group of batteries are deformed at the same time, first check the current and voltage of the battery. If the voltage is basically normal, it means that there is no short circuit fault. The deformation is caused by "thermal runaway" caused by overcharging. To check the charging parameters of the battery charger, the current and voltage are high (up to 44.7V) or up to 44.7V) without charging protection or the exchange of AC is slightly lower (less than 0.3A), the battery charging parameters should be replaced.
2. In a group of batteries, only 1 or 2 batteries may be deformed: one possibility is that the battery charge is inconsistent, causing deformation during battery charging; the reason for inconsistent loading may be the existence of a single cell with short circuit fault, and discharge or self-discharge can also be tested; the second is that some batteries cause inevitable potassium thiocyanate, the internal resistance increases, and the battery is heated during charging, causing deformation, and the battery will also cause the battery pack to deform. The battery without deformation should be tested for discharge capacity and self-discharge characteristics. If there is no abnormality, it is not a battery problem. Check and handle the "backward" battery.
3. First, charge the battery for routine maintenance, then discharge it with 5A AC, continuously measure the battery voltage during discharge, and pick out the "backward" battery with low discharge capacity for treatment. First, add 1.050 dilute sulfuric acid to the flowing electrolyte just triggered, and then continue to charge the battery for 12-15h. Be careful not to let the battery temperature reach 50℃. After the battery is charged, let it stand for 0.5h-4h, and then discharge it at 5A. During the discharge, measure the value of a single current and voltage. If the standard discharge time is not reached or the discharge time of a single cell current and voltage to 1.75V is significantly different from that of an ordinary battery, the above battery charging procedure should be repeated until the requirements are met.
