When replacing the winding, the original winding, size, number of turns, wire gauge, etc. should be replaced in two forms.

2. The environment in which Lithium Golf Carts are used should be kept dry, the surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be obstructed by dust. When the thermal protection of the motor continues to run, the reasons for the motor or overload and the low setting value of the protection device should be clarified, and the problem can be solved before it can be run.

3. When the motor stops running, remove the dust outside the motor in time. Keep the motor clean to avoid oil and dirt. Water entering the motor. Do not spray water directly when cleaning.

4. In order to ensure that the motor is well lubricated during operation, the grease should generally be supplemented and replaced after about 5000 hours of operation. If the bearing cannot be used after the expiration of its life, the vibration and noise of the motor operation will increase. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.
