How to add battery fluid to lead-acid batteries for Electric Sightseeing Car?

1. During the use of flooded lead-acid batteries, water will naturally be lost, causing the liquid level to drop. It is necessary to regularly unscrew the liquid hole cover and check the liquid level in each cell of the battery.
In any case, make sure that the plates in the battery are completely covered by the liquid level. Using without water will greatly shorten the battery life!
2. Under normal circumstances, the higher the ambient temperature, the more frequently the flooded lead-acid battery is used, the longer the use time, and the faster the water loss. Normal liquid level inspection cycle: It is recommended to check once every half month in summer and once a month in winter. For batteries that have been used for more than one year, shorten the inspection cycle appropriately depending on the situation.
3. When adding water to the battery, please be sure to use distilled water or deionized water specially for flooded lead-acid batteries. It is forbidden to use ordinary tap water, well water or river water, or directly add acid to the battery.
The high content of impurity ions in general water will damage the battery.
4. Please add water to the battery after it is fully charged. If the plates are exposed to the liquid surface before charging, add an appropriate amount of pure water to cover the plates, and then add the liquid level to the specified height after charging is completed.
5. Determine the liquid level after adding water: Please add water to the position about 3-4mm below the bottom of the liquid level indicator (a circle of plastic part deep inside the battery in the injection hole).
Do not add too much water, and the liquid level should not touch the bottom of the liquid hole plug to avoid battery acid overflow.
