1. Avoid the state of loss
It is strictly forbidden to power off when storing
Golf Cart batteries. The power-off state refers to the long-term (one month later) failure to charge the Golf Cart in time after use. When the battery is stored in the power-off state, it is easy to sulfate. Lead sulfate crystals attached to the plates will block the ion channels, resulting in insufficient charging and decreased battery capacity. The longer the power-off state is idle, the more serious the battery damage. Therefore, when the
Lithium Golf Carts is idle, it should be replenished once a month to better keep the battery capacity from decreasing.
2. Regular inspection
During use, if the mileage of the Golf Cart suddenly drops sharply in a short period of time, it is likely that at least one battery in the battery pack has a problem. At this time, it should arrive in time and stop using the vehicle. Then find the Lithium Golf Carts production and sales center or agency maintenance department for inspection, repair or assembly. This can relatively extend the service life of the battery pack and save your expenses to the maximum extent.
3. Avoid high current discharge
When the Golf Cart is started, manned, and uphill, try to avoid slamming on the acceleration to form instantaneous high current discharge. High current discharge can easily lead to lead sulfate crystals, thereby damaging the physical properties of the battery plate.
4. Charging time
During use, the charging time should be accurately mastered according to the actual situation, and the charging frequency should be mastered by referring to the usual frequency of use and mileage. After charging, the running time is short, and the charging time should not be too long, otherwise it will form overcharging and heat the battery. Overcharging, over-discharging and undercharging will shorten the battery life.
5. Avoid plug heat
The 220-volt power plug or charger output plug is loose, and the oxidation of the contact surface will cause the plug to heat up. The long heating time will cause the plug to short-circuit or poor contact, damage the charger and battery, and bring you unnecessary losses. Therefore, when the above situation is found, the oxide should be removed or the connector should be replaced in time.
6. Frequent tire pressure inspection
Keep the tire pressure at the correct tire pressure; the tire pressure must be checked every two weeks or at least once a month; incorrect tire pressure will lead to power consumption, short mileage, reduced driving comfort, reduced tire life, and reduced driving safety.
