How to solve the imbalance of Sightseeing Bus battery packs?

In the Sightseeing Bus industry such as Electric Sightseeing Car and electric patrol cars, the development of battery technology is the core issue, so the series balance of battery packs is a difficult problem.

Sometimes, the use status of battery packs in the same batch may not be consistent. There are many reasons for this situation, such as lack of strict control in production or problems with the use of raw materials.
First, the battery should be charged in general and then discharged with a 2-hour rate current. When discharging, the flow voltage of the battery should be tested, some of the lagging capacity should be screened out, and 1.0 dilute acid should be added to just see the current flow electrolyte appear, and then continue to charge for more than 10 hours.
The temperature should not be too high when charging. After charging, leave it for 0.5-4 hours and repeat the 2-hour rate discharge. When testing the voltage value, if it still does not reach the single-cell voltage of 1.6V, you need to repeat the above operation method until it meets the standard.
