1. Do a good job of vehicle cleaning inspection

Many faults in Golf Cart circuits are caused by the working environment, such as the dust on the charger controller circuit board, various soft faults caused by the dirt on the adjustable potentiometer, etc. Therefore, when checking the fault, you should first clean the machine, eliminate the pollution fault, and then start the inspection.

2. Inspection steps from outside the car to inside the car

Specific internal faults have their external performance. Different external performances reflect the corresponding internal equipment failure. When diagnosing and checking faults, you should start from the outside and gradually go deep into the inside to avoid blindness, reduce unnecessary losses, and greatly improve maintenance efficiency.

3. Check the power supply first and then check the load

Partial faults of the vehicle power supply account for a large proportion of maintenance. The power supply system is the entire energy supply, power supply, load pump power, and relies on power to work. The vast majority of load failures are often due to poor power supply. Therefore, when checking the fault, you should first check the power supply circuit to confirm that there is no abnormality in the power supply, and then perform other circuit maintenance.

4. The vehicle status is tested from static to dynamic in sequence

If the connection line is correct, the socket has good contact, the broken wire is not well welded, and the parts are burned black and discolored, etc. Dynamic means that the vehicle to be repaired is powered on. The dynamic inspection must be carried out through the necessary static inspection and measurement, and it must not be powered on blindly to avoid expanding the fault.
