The service life of
Golf Cart, the reliability of work and the economy of use depend largely on the running-in during the initial use. During the running-in period, it should be driven at a relatively low speed and cannot be fully loaded. The main purpose of the test run is to make the various parts of the
Electric Golf Cart cooperate better, so that the quality and accuracy of the Electric Golf Cart can be improved in the future. And the wear and tear of the vehicle can be avoided. In the early days of Golf Cart, we should do the following.
2. Avoid rapid start, rapid increase and unnecessary emergency braking during use; when restarting, start slowly and accelerate. The speed of initial use should be controlled within 20Km/h; if the mileage of the Electric Golf Cart is less than 60% of the rated continuous mileage for the first time, stop using the vehicle and contact the manufacturer's after-sales department as soon as possible.
2. Always check whether the battery, electrical control and motor connection wires are loose and overheated; frequently check the temperature of the reducer, rear axle, wheel hub and brake drum. If it is overheated (above 60℃), check and troubleshoot. During this period, the battery cannot be deeply discharged, so the damage to the battery is relatively large.
3. There will be a certain distance from the beginning of braking to reduce the speed until the vehicle stops. The braking distance of an Electric Golf Cart will increase as the vehicle speed increases. Water in the brakes may reduce braking performance. At this time, you should repeatedly and lightly press the brake pedal at a low speed to dry the brakes. After driving in deep mud, sand or other polluted environments, you should clean the brake discs and brake pads to avoid excessive wear on the brakes. Try to avoid emergency braking while driving.
