Maintenance of the operating part of Golf Cart

1. When the hand brake is insensitive, the adjustment bolts and nuts at the connection parts of the front and rear hand brake lines can be adjusted;

2. Regularly maintain the oil volume of the brake oil tank. If the oil content in the tank is less than 1/3, it must be refueled immediately. The tank is generally placed in the upper left corner of the dashboard or in the seat frame.

3. If the brake is soft or the brake is poor, the brake clearance should be adjusted immediately to exhaust the air in the brake pipe;

4. If the brake direction is deviated, the gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum can be adjusted;

5. Regularly maintain the Lithium Golf Carts brake pipe and bracket fixing points, and take protective measures immediately to prevent the pipe from falling off or rubbing the frame;

6. The Golf Cart brake line connection device should be checked frequently for damage. By adjusting the brake system, the thread connecting the brake pedal and the brake hook can be directly adjusted.

7. When changing speed, the clutch pedal must be stepped in place;

8. Adjust the clutch frequently. Any clutch pedal forms 20-30mm (the gap between the release bearing and the release oil is 3-4mm). There are two adjustment methods: one is the adjustment screw of the pull wire and the classification shaft joint. The second is the adjustment screw located under the footrest bracket;

9. The latest Lithium Golf Carts hanging rope has become longer after a certain period of running-in. When adjusting, put the transmission handle in neutral, loosen the lock nut of the flexible shaft connector at the gearbox end, and adjust the length. At the same time, make the gearbox shaft arm and the gear shaft arm in the middle position. When shifting gears, the operating handle must be placed in the correct position, otherwise the matching device cannot be completely closed.
